MARRIAGE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
- Both parties must come in at the same time.
- Need to have picture IDs.
- Produce birth certificate, baptismal record or current passport.
- Need to know your social security number.
- Bring copies of all divorce papers.
- Must wait 24 hours, but marry within 60 days.
- Provide $40 to cover the cost of the license.
The Clerk's Office will be closed Thursday, September 19.

DOG LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
- Rabies shot record from Veterinarian Office.
- Application form.
- Cost ranges from $10.00 for spayed/neutered to $20.00.
- Deceased dog…provide notice to stop automatic license renewal
HANDICAP PARKING PERMITS
- For a Temporary Permit, an application with the Doctor’s statement is required.
- For a Permanent Permit, an application with the Doctor’s statement is required.
- A Permanent Permit must be renewed by the date punched on the card.
