If  you have questions please e-mail the address above.  If you need to make a payment please mail a money order or certified bank check to the address on the fine notice.  At this time the Court does not have the capabilities to have payments made via credit or debit cards or online.  Thank you.

2026 Court Dates:

ALL criminal/traffic tickets must appear in person or mail in tickets.

this will be checked periodically.  E-mail is the easiest way to communicate with the​

court, as we are only in the office once a week on Wednesdays.​​​​​​​

For the filing of Small Claims, the individual(s) or business being taken to court must reside within the Town of Dix and the maximum claim is $3,000.
