OFFICE HOURS:
The Court Justice and Clerk will be in the office on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 10am-2pm.
Criminal and Misdemeanor Court (with DA and Public Defender present): 1st Tuesday of each month at 2pm
Civil and Traffic Court: 3rd Tuesday of each month at 2pm
OUTSTANDING FINE NOTICES
If you have questions please e-mail the court clerk at the address above. Payments can be mailed or made in-person during court hours. At this time the Court does not have the capabilities to have payments made online.
ALL criminal/traffic tickets must appear in person or mail in tickets
You can mail in your tickets and payments.
If you have questions please e-mail the Court Clerk at the e-mail above or come in-person during the office hours on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.

For the filing of Small Claims, the individual(s) or business being taken to court must reside within the Town of Dix and the maximum claim is $3,000.
