Zoning Planning Board Unless otherwise posted, the Planning Board meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7 PM in the WGCS Operations Facility at 706 S. Decatur St., Watkins Glen, NY. Anyone desiring to meet with the Planning Board must first complete an Application for Planning Board Review, which is available below. The completed form together with a check to cover applicable fees must be received by the Code Enforcement Officer prior to the third Monday of the month, if the application is to be considered at the meeting. The fee schedule is available on the last page of the application. Most applications will require a public hearing. Mail for the Planning Board should be sent to the Dix Town Hall and messages may be left by calling 535-7973, ext. 202, or by email. Special Note: Our Planning Board member and friend, Patty Barton, passed away unexpectedly on August 3, 2010. Her dedication to her work on the Board and to the people of Dix was greatly appreciated, and she will be missed. Anyone interested in becoming a Planning Board member should submit an application to the Town Board at 304 Seventh St.

Meeting Minutes Zoning Board of Appeals The Zoning Board of Appeals meets as necessary, generally on a Saturday morning at 9 AM at the Dix Town Hall. Notices of meetings are posted at the Dix Town Hall. Mail for the ZBA should be sent to the Dix Town Hall and messages may be left by calling 535-7973, ext. 202, or by email. The Application for ZBA Review together with a check to cover applicable fees must be received by the Code Enforcement Officer prior to the meeting. The fee schedule is available on the last page.
