Town of Dix Court is held at 7:00 PM every Wednesday unless otherwise posted.

“District Attorney Night" is the 2nd Wednesday of the month.

For the filing of Small Claims, the individual(s) or business being taken to court must reside within the Town of Dix and the maximum claim is $3,000. The Claims form is provided by the Court, and there is a fee of $10 to cover administration costs.
