Town Tax Collector Our Town Tax Collector is Ms. Marlene Gates-Lum. She collects the Town and County taxes that are mailed out on or about January 1st of each year. Her dates and hours of collection will be posted as that time approaches. Please, no cash! Use a personal check, money order or bank check made out to Town of Dix Tax Collector. Questions?
